Recipe for 4 people
8 chicken drumstick(s)
2 tablespoons of liquid honey
1 tablespoon of paprika
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Thyme, oregano or sesame
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Prepare the marinade: mix together the oil, honey and paprika. Mix the resulting paste with lemon juice and add the herbs.
Prepare the drumsticks: roll the drumsticks in the mixture and leave to marinate for at least an hour.
Cooking: Preheat the oven to 180°C, light the barbecue or heat the plancha. Place the drumsticks in a dish or on the grill, add salt and pepper to your liking. Pour half of the marinade over the drumsticks at the start of cooking then the rest after turning the drumsticks after 5 minutes of cooking. Cooking lasts approximately 10 to 15 minutes depending on the size of the drumsticks.
